Salt + Light Co-Op

Vision

This co-op was birthed out of a desire to create a space to teach children to live confident and bold for Christ. We believe the early years are for building a foundation of faith that will help them to be the salt and light of the world, not hidden, but shining God’s love and peace within the world.

The Scoop

Co-op is open to kids ages 5 through 13 years of age. We meet every Friday morning from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for our core classes, including assembly and lunch. Then Friday afternoons we have elective classes available from 12:30 to 2:30. Our morning Co-op includes History/Geography, Bible, and Science. As part of the core morning Co-op, students will also enjoy various field trips, guest speakers, and opportunities for community outreach throughout the school year.

Some of our electives include Spanish, Art, and Performing Arts. Children are able to take electives whether or not they attend the morning core part of co-op.

Registration for our core morning classes is now closed for the 2023–2024 school year. Electives are $100 per class per student per semester.

“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:14-16
