David’s testimony reflects the power of God’s redemptive grace to change a person’s life. A true “rags to riches” story, David went from a lifestyle of intense self-gratification to one of genuine passion and care for the well-being of others. In August of 1992, David’s life was radically transformed after his home was hit by the eye of a category 5 hurricane (hurricane Andrew). During this time, David was playing percussion in a successful reggae band in South Miami Beach, following the Grateful Dead around the country, selling drugs, in and out of jail, and completely focused on one thing: himself. Through a divine encounter with the Bible and a heartfelt cry to God, his life was changed forever. Today, David is happily married with two children, owns a successful business, and pastors a wonderful congregation of loving, caring and passionate people. With a contagious laugh and a huge heart to reflect Christ’s love to others, David is positioned to do great and mighty works for the Kingdom of God. David loves God’s fire, and is a man with a mission to shed true love and light to everyone he encounters. David has his Associate’s Degree in Public Relations from Miami Dade Community College, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Relations from Oral Roberts University. After a successful career in the corporate world, David answered the call to full-time bi-vocational ministry. From the marketplace to the church, David continuously has one thing on his mind… Love Christ, love others, and live life to the fullest everyday! Can these three be separated? The answer is no!
